parttime
Jenny is Ghent's ultimate spinning hotspot, located in a 13th-century cellar with a unique "party on a bike" concept. We focus on the rhythm of the music, prioritizing fun and immersive experiences. For 45 minutes, up to 49 spinners go all out to custom DJ sets, creating an unforgettable workout vibe.
Jenny is expanding! We are looking for a part-time spinning instructor for our first center. You will be one of the regular instructors at Jenny Spinning. You will teach classes in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and you will also be responsible for part of the front desk duties.
At Jenny's, you don't need a formal diploma to become a spinning instructor—just a solid physical fitness base. We're looking for an enthusiastic person who can make our customers sweat for 45 minutes without them even realizing it. You will bring the energy to the bike, creating a true "party on a bike" experience. The classes are tailored to the music, so a good sense of rhythm is definitely helpful. At Jenny, we value customer service highly, so we're seeking someone who is friendly, approachable, and client-focused. All our lessons are given in Dutch, but sometimes supplemented with English, so if you only speak "Flenglish," that's totally fine too!
You will have a 3/5 contract, which includes 8 teaching hours on the bike and the rest of your time contributing to the daily operations at Jenny. During an internal training program lasting around 3 to 4 weeks, we’ll guide you to becoming a top spinning instructor. You’ll also learn how the business runs, and you’ll be helping out behind the counter during lesson hours. Once you gain enough experience, you’ll be able to start creating your own classes.
