how do I book my first lesson?

      • Buy a class pass. Are you a beginner? If so, we recommend the starter pack: that’s 5 classes for €40

      • Reserve your spot!

    • when to book?

    • Our schedule is available for the next two weeks, and reservations can be made up to 30 minutes before the class starts.

      • You can check in up to 15 minutes before the class begins. First time here? Let one of the Jenny team members know, and we’ll be happy to greet you personally.  Note: If you’re not present 5 minutes before class starts, we may give your bike to someone else.

      • what to bring

      • Be sure to bring your water bottle. We’ll provide you with spinning shoes for the spinning class. Coming for HIIT or functional training? Then bring your own trainers.

        You can store your belongings in our lockers and top up your water bottle at the Hydration Station. After the class? Grab an ice-cold towel or hop in the shower. The choice is yours.

    • first timer briefing

    • If you’re coming to a group class for the first time, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth experience. We’ll also help adjust your bike.
