Sometimes you want a vigorous workout without jumping, running or cycling. Reform combines strength, control and stability in a workout that is as challenging as it is relaxing. You’ll leave feeling physically stronger and with a clear head.
Every class is led by an instructor who guides you through the exercises step by step. Never used a reformer before? No problem. We’ll explain everything and make sure you can follow along easily.
The reformer uses springs for resistance instead of heavy weights. This means you can decide for yourself how challenging you want the class to be. More resistance, less resistance: the choice is yours.
During a Reformer class, you work on your legs, arms, core and posture. Small movements can feel surprisingly intense, helping you to strengthen your whole body without it feeling like a traditional gym workout.
Our schedule is available for the next two weeks, and reservations can be made up to 30 minutes before the class starts. Running late? Feel free to drop in or call to see if there’s still space.
You can check in up to 15 minutes before the class begins. First time here? Let one of the Jenny team members know, and we’ll be happy to greet you personally. Note: If you’re not present 5 minutes before class starts, we may give your bike to someone else.
All you need after booking? A water bottle and a lot of enthusiasm.
Are you coming for a spin class? We’ll provide you with spin shoes. Going for HIIT or functional training? Then bring your own trainers.
At our reception desk, you’ll get everything you need to take part in the class. You can store your belongings in our lockers and top up your water bottle at our Hydration Station.
After the class, you can cool down with an ice-cold towel… or just head straight for the shower. The choice is yours.
Space is limited in our studios. If you want to register for a fully booked class, you’ll be automatically added to the waitlist. You’ll get an email as soon as a spot opens up. Just make sure there’s at least one credit on your account.
You can cancel a reserved class for free up to three hours before the class begins. Unfortunately, if you cancel later, you won’t get your credit back.
